GG678 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GG678 website, creating an account, downloading the GG678 app, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the GG678 platform regardless of the device or method of access used.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of your agreement with GG678. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, IP address or payment method. Attempting to register multiple accounts — even under different names or contact details — is a direct breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with any pending balances forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your GG678 account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and any changes to account settings. GG678 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

You are required to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Log out from shared devices after each session.
• Notify GG678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your contact details and payment information up to date.

GG678 will never contact you via unsolicited phone call or message asking for your account password, one-time PIN, or full payment details. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from GG678, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on GG678 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GG678 does not charge any transaction fees on PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside of GG678's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only and are not treated as a savings or investment account.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on your account, or a verified account in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• GG678 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. Providing accurate documents promptly ensures faster processing.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 2–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. VIP members receive priority processing with faster turnaround.
• GG678 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. The full requested amount is sent to your payment method subject to your provider's own limits.

GG678 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or if identity verification is pending. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any required information.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GG678 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are clearly displayed at the point of offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus offer is eligible to be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

7 Sports Betting Rules

GG678 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation — the confirmed odds are shown on your bet slip receipt.
• Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and selected by the player before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or declared void, GG678 will apply standard voiding rules. Single bets on void events are returned as stakes. For accumulator bets, the void leg is removed and the bet recalculated at the remaining selections.
• Live in-play betting markets are available for selected events including PSL and T20 cricket matches. In-play odds are updated in real time. GG678 may suspend in-play markets temporarily during key match moments.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed on the bet placement screen.
• GG678 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing or data feed error.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information use, or coordinated betting to exploit markets will result in all associated bets being voided and the account being closed permanently.

8 Casino & Slot Games

GG678's casino and slot games are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and PG Soft. The following terms apply to all casino game activity:

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game supplier and are not altered by GG678.
• Live casino games — including live blackjack, baccarat, roulette and Andar Bahar — are streamed from professional studios in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are not controlled by GG678's software.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live session, the round will be resolved according to the game supplier's rules. Where a result cannot be determined, the stake will be returned.
• GG678 is not responsible for errors originating from the game supplier's platform. Such issues are escalated to the relevant provider for resolution.

9 VIP Programme

GG678 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are awarded automatically based on eligible betting and gaming activity. The following conditions apply:

• VIP tier benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and exclusive promotions are determined by your current tier level.
• VIP points and tier status are not transferable between accounts.
• GG678 reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits, point earning rates and tier thresholds at any time. Existing earned points will be honoured within a reasonable transition period.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
• Cashback rewards issued through the VIP programme are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal unless stated otherwise in the specific reward offer.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on GG678 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance at GG678's discretion:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to launder funds or use GG678 for any financial activity beyond personal entertainment gaming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards GG678 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing GG678 using VPN, proxy or other methods specifically to circumvent account restrictions or geo-limitations.

11 Responsible Gaming

GG678's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
